FRESH FIELDS MUSHROOMS - Avenel
Quality doesn’t happen on its own!
Specialising in buttery, perfect, gorgeous specimens of cups, swiss browns and flat mushrooms. Our mushrooms are grown indoors in dimly lit bunkers on a tray system; each room looks a bit like a backpackers hostel. These tray beds are filled with locally sourced compost filled with mycelium with a layer of peat.

GLENORA HERITAGE PRODUCE - Glenora
We endeavour to ensure our all-natural produce is the best in the region.
Glenora is the smallest land holding in Tooborac. Two of its eight acres are under plantation, with a total of 32 beds. It produces heirloom tomatoes, purple carrots, pardon chillies, turnips, radish, spinach, and Asian greens. In addition, they grow a range of herbs including mint, eight varieties of basil, dill, fenugreek, sorrel and tarragon.

KINGLAKE RASPBERRIES - Kinglake
A summer afternoon picking your own rejuvenates the soul.
Kinglake Raspberries is a 25 hectare Raspberry farm nestled in the foothills of the Great Dividing Range just north-east of Melbourne. The first plantings of raspberries took place in 1985 and a further planting in 1989. This brought the farm to its current size. With over 36,000 metres of raspberry rows the farm is one of the biggest berry farms in Australia. Willamette raspberries are the main Variety grown with smaller plantings of Nootka and Heritage.

Summer fruit begins in November with mulberries, then loquats, cherries, peaches, nectarines, figs, pears, pecans, apples from Dec to Aug, and citrus through winter and spring. Our olive oil, Murrnong Peak Oil, is available year round.
